The goal of growth groups is to connect people to Christ and to each other. At our church there are many opportunities to join a small group. Some meet weekly, some meet for special studies, and some meet at private homes. We also have youth groups. Acts 2:42 says "They devoted themselves to apostles teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer". Anyone is welcome to join in!

Summer Growth Group offerings are here!!! Kicking off the first full week of June and gathering through the second week in August. Each group has its own focus so jump in and explore. Choose whatever speaks to you and commit to walking the BFUMC spiritual pathway through this season as well, completing our year of discipleship journeying together in small groups.
Sign up through any of the following Sign Up Genius links provided below, by calling the church office at 734-697-9288, via the church website, church Facebook page, or the My Church app.
Materials for each study that has curriculum will be available in the church office starting June 1st. As always, scholarships are available. Children (Kindergarten – 5th grades) will have a VBS small group experience the first week of August and youth (6th – 12th graders) are encouraged to bring any and all questions - no holds barred - to Pastor Mary's group or get their financial planning started early with Jill's group. Especially if youth are interested in education or vocational training beyond high school, this will help them prepare and plan intentionally to reduce associated costs. As is Belleville's tradition, children and youth do not have to purchase any materials to participate.

Welcome to the Men's Club area of the Belleville First United Methodist Church. We strive to be disciples for Christ. Every man of our church makes up our Men's Club. We do a lot of activities for the church and community. A couple of our big events are: a Garage Sale and a Father & Son/Daughter banquet. We have a tournament each month for anyone to participate in. We also have a Man of the Month, so that you can get to know the men of our church. Our Men's Club Outreach projects are great this year. We are currently seeking out many of our members and asking them to make a list of things teams of men can do, without charge, to help them around their homes. We have accomplished many projects and are continually adding more. These efforts allow our men an opportunity to get to know our congregation better, and to serve others with a Christian attitude.
