WiHn is an exercise ministry of Belleville First United Methodist Church (BFUMC), Belleville, MI. Search for "WiHn"  in Facebook groups to see and updated calendar of offerings.  Options may include:
 

1. "Drumming with Dee", is a cardio drumming class (yoga ball, 18 gallon tub, drumsticks) meant to be a vehicle for honoring God with your body while deepening your faith through God focused exercise. It is an hour long session of cardio drumming to praise music that includes one song using hand weights. Dee teaches this at BFUMC on Saturday mornings, 10am, year round. Equipment is available on a first come basis. Come early if you are new to fill out paperwork. There is no charge for this class but donations are accepted and either go to the church or a designated charity.

2. Pickleball (seasonal May through October): We are gathering at the Van Buren Pickle Park at the corner of Denton and Beckley Roads at 9am Thursdays. Beginners are welcome and extra equipment is available for newcomers. No charge for this activity.

3. Chair Drumming: This entire class is done seated in a chair. It is similar to the standing class but its a lower intensity class. Music is mostly faith based, including praise music and hymns, with a few oldies but goodies added in periodically. This class also includes a song using hand weights. Equipment is available on a first come basis. Come early if you are new to fill out paperwork. There is no charge for this class but donations are accepted and either go to the church or a designated charity.
